Change Management

Change Management is tough, but part of the problem is that there is little agreement on what factors most influence transformation initiatives.

Just ask five executives to name the one factor critical for the success of these programs, and you’ll probably get five different answers.  That’s becasue each manager looks at an initiative from his or her viewpoint and, based on personal experience, focuses on different success factors. 

GRIP-Global want people to KNOW what to do and CARE enough to do it.  Hence we focus  heavily on Learning and Engagement. 

One of the biggest mistakes we make in business is to lump things together.  Change and transformation may seem like the same thing, but whilst they are related, there are critical differences between them which are often overlooked or not understood.

We believe, this is because most people think of Change when they should be Transforming (or vice versa).
